network cabling installation One of our clients managed to damage a number of network modules by trying to put an Ethernet cable in the wrong way around. As the cable was for his broadband router he also lost the Internet connection for the entire network. As experts in unravelling problems, Smarter Technologies was called out to restore the connection to the Internet. Each Ethernet cable and module was tested separately and the 6 modules that were found to be damaged were replaced.
