Thank you for taking your much valued time to complete our survey. We realize how important your feedback is to our continued improvement and success. Our vision at Smarter Technologies is to build strong, lifelong relationships with our clients and your feedback helps our staff continually improve our service for you. We make sure everything you say to us good or bad is acknowledged.

We can reveal an amazing 100% of the returned surveys said our clients were ‘Very satisfied’ or ‘Satisfied’ with the customer service experience we provide. We are also very proud that 76% of you said our quick response times is something we get right as well as our employees being efficient, trustworthy and approachable.

We can also reveal that the winner of the Amazon voucher was picked out of the hat by our apprentice Jake and has gone to the lovely Jill Law at YMCA Black Country!

We have now also started to send out a monthly newsletter to all our current clients to help keep you updated with what’s going on with Smarter Technologies. As well as all the latest news and technology from within the Tech industry as it was shown from the survey that this could be something some of our clients may benefit from.
